The event will take place starting at 8:30 PM in the courtyard of the Ateneu Municipal, located at C/ Xile, 3. The 'Prediada' aims to assert the national and social aspirations of the Catalan people on the day before September 11th.
During the gathering, there will be speeches by Montse Bartroli and Marc Castelló, members of the local theater group Esbarjo. Òmnium's manifesto for Diada will also be read.
To conclude the evening, the group L'Espingari will perform a musical repertoire including habaneras, sea shanties, and tavern songs.
The event is free and is part of the activities organized by Òmnium Cultural throughout the region to celebrate the National Day.
