The Rubí City Council, supported by the Barcelona Provincial Council, has introduced a new service catalog for the Rubí Circular Economy Network (XEC Rubí) to enhance local business competitiveness.

The program provides guidance, practical training, and personalized consultancy for companies aiming for sustainable growth. While most industries can join, the retail, tourism, and primary food production sectors are excluded from this specific initiative.
Currently, 26 organizations including PIMEC, Eurecat, and major local firms like Europastry and B. Braun are already members. Joining the network is free and offers businesses the chance to collaborate on resource reuse and digital innovation projects within the Vallès Occidental region.
