The Rubí City Council has presented the new Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM), initially approved in June, during an informative session open to the public.

The session, led by Mayor Ana María Martínez Martínez, provided details about the document that will shape the city's future development. The event took place today, September 28, at EL CASINO, Sala La Càmara.
The POUM's drafting team explained the plan's main proposals, which include the transformation of the existing city, housing forecasts, infrastructure and mobility planning, protection of natural spaces, and improvement of urban cohesion.
Currently, the POUM is open for public comments and objections until November 9, allowing citizens to consult the proposal and submit their contributions.
