Rubí to host a double Sardana dance performance at Doctor Guardiet Square

The Mediterrània and Jovenívola de Sabadell bands will perform traditional Catalan music on February 22nd.

The Foment de la Sardana de Rubí has organized a special double performance for Sunday, February 22nd, at Doctor Guardiet Square, featuring two of the region's most prominent traditional ensembles.

Starting at 10:30 AM, the event will showcase the Cobla Mediterrània and the Cobla Jovenívola de Sabadell. These groups will perform both individually and together, offering a rich musical experience for local dancers and visitors in Rubí.
The program includes works by celebrated composers such as Josep Maria Bernat and Anna Abad. Special attention will be given to pieces dedicated to the city, including the songs Rubí and Amics de Rubí, celebrating the local cultural heritage of the Vallès Occidental region.
