The Efecte E program, launching in the first quarter of the 2026-2027 academic year, offers a range of educational and artistic activities designed to support families in guiding their children from childhood through adolescence.
Educational offerings include talks on sleep in early childhood (October 6) by Sandra Gutiérrez, and advice for accompanying adolescents in their studies and motivation (October 22), led by Beth Rosell.
Additionally, Judit Besora, an anthropologist specializing in parenting, will host three independent sessions: 'Emotional Limits and Outbursts' (November 12), 'Emotional Regulation' (November 19), and 'Communicate Better' (November 26), all at 5:30 PM.
The program also addresses grief and autism in childhood and adolescence (December 2) with Àngels Ponce, and continues the meetings for the Trans Families Space in Rubí.
The artistic component features activities such as 'Family Body Percussion' (October 16) at the Pere Burés Municipal Music School, various 'Music in the Family' sessions, and puppet workshops like 'Monstrous Puppets!' (October 10).
The Mestre Martí Tauler Library will host an extensive storytelling program, including 'Hola, holaaa' (October 3) and 'Contes de Vallhonrat' (November 11), alongside screenings from the Catalan family cinema cycle El Cinexic.
The Casino joins Efecte E with magic shows like 'Màgia amiga' (November 1) featuring Selvin and Marina, and puppet theater and storytelling events.
Sundays at MMUC offers creative workshops for children aged 5 and up, including 'Basket Weaving Workshop' (October 25) and 'Christmas Bauble Workshop' (November 15).
