The city of Sabadell is preparing to host the final of the 2025-2026 Catalan Cup, which will see Centre d'Esports Sabadell face Barça Atlètic. This match, pending since February, will take place next Wednesday at 8:30 PM at the Nova Creu Alta stadium, which will serve as a neutral venue despite being the home ground for the 'Arlequinats'.
For Sabadell, this final represents the chance to win their first trophy in ten years, since their victory in the same competition during the 2015-2016 campaign. The home team will have their supporters in the North Goal, with tickets priced at 5 euros for members. The visiting fans will occupy the Lino Stand in the South Goal, while general admission will be available in the Tribune (17 euros) or Lateral (13 euros). Tickets can be purchased on the Catalan Football Federation website.
Barça Atlètic, currently two divisions below Sabadell, reaches the final after defeating Europa in the semi-finals. The Sabadell team, on the other hand, secured their place in the final by overcoming Nàstic in a penalty shootout (4-2). The match will be broadcast on the Esport 3 channel.
This encounter occurs at a crucial point in the season for Sabadell, falling between matchday 3 and 4 of the Liga Hypermotion. The team has yet to officially debut on the newly renovated pitch at the Nova Creu Alta, which was replaced this summer.

The precedent from the 2016 final, where Sabadell defeated Barça B 2-0 with goals from Sandro Toscano and Forgas, holds special significance. That match was marked by a minute of silence in memory of Johan Cruyff and ended with a pitch invasion. The then-President of the Parliament, Carme Forcadell, presented the trophy.
