This initiative, funded by the Ministry of Equality's Corresponsables Plan, will operate from Monday to Friday between 4:45 PM and 7:45 PM. Registrations will open on Monday, August 31st, and can be completed online until September 8th, or in person until September 9th. The service will commence on September 14th.
The exact number of available spots will depend on the number of pre-registrations and the ages of the children received for each location. Children can use the service on a one-off or regular basis, with a maximum of six hours per week per child. Staff will organize recreational activities, games, and crafts adapted to different age groups.
Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Detailed information and the registration portal can be found at sabadell.cat/corresponsables. Confirmation of assigned places will be sent on Thursday, September 10th.
The 13 municipal facilities hosting the Childcare Spaces are: Ca n’Oriac Civic Center, Torre-romeu Civic Center, Can Puiggener Civic Center, Sant Oleguer Civic Center, Creu Alta-Cal Balsach Civic Center, Can Llong Civic Center, Sabadell – Gràcia Civic and Communication Center, Creu de Barberà Civic and Communication Center, Merinals Market, Can Puiggener Library, La Serra Library, Ponent Library, and Nord Library.
