The sports club of the Escola Sagrada Família (SAFA) in Sabadell presented its 24 teams, comprising 276 athletes, during a massive event at the Sallarès i Pla street pavilion.
The Sabadell entity is one of the most represented in the Vallès Occidental Sports Council, with a strong presence in volleyball, basketball, and futsal. The launch event was attended by Mayor Marta Farrés, Sports Councillor Montse González, and FCF director for Vallès Occidental, Albert Montull.

"It is an honor to be able to accompany the school and the club one more year on such a special day as the team presentation. Sport is part of everyone's personal itinerary. Your city, Sabadell, loves and admires you as athletes."
The club has seven volleyball teams and two basketball teams, but the cornerstone of the project is futsal (indoor football). This season, SAFA has ten federated teams in the Catalan Football Federation (FCF), the highest representation since the club's creation in 2009.

"This entity holds values that we all desire. Sport must be formative, and it is very important at these ages because, besides playing football, we create education and shape society."
The day was completed with a victory for the senior futsal team, winning 7-3 against Fènix, with goals scored by Marc Guerrero, Jaume Figueras, Dani Cabacas, Jordi Guarch, Jan Piñol, and Jordi Estop. This triumph places Futsal SAFA in a promotion spot in Segona Catalana. The entity recently formed a New Board of Directors to consolidate the project and develop a marketing strategy.
