Following the adhesion of Taverna Cal Temerari and Obrador La Temerària to the program in June and July of this year, respectively, the cooperative's third venue, Taverna Cal Gausac, has officially joined the VxL. This inclusion also features a special promotion: a 25% discount for language pairs participating in the program.
La Temerària defines itself as a gastronomic cooperative committed to traditional Catalan cuisine and local produce, offering its products at accessible prices. In the linguistic sphere, the cooperative has demonstrated a strong commitment to the promotion of Catalan. Several students undertaking language practice have already had the opportunity to do so at these establishments.
