The Sala Muriel Casals will be transformed into a climate-controlled vintage 'envelat', hosting orchestral dances and shows. This venue will also be the stage for the opening speech on Wednesday, September 2nd, by representatives of the Consell d’Infants i Adolescents (Children and Adolescents Council). Afterwards, the plaça dels Avis will host the traditional fanalet dance and a popular refreshment.
The festival introduces new venues. The popular 'fideuada' (noodle stew) on Friday the 4th moves to the parc de les Morisques, which will be one of the main concert venues with performances by Los 80 Principales and Ruc’n’Roll. The sports morning on Saturday the 5th will be concentrated in carrer Priorat, which will also host the 'botifarrada' (sausage feast), sea shanties, mulled rum, and the fireworks display on Monday the 7th. The concert by Big Barra Band on Thursday the 3rd will be held at the Patronal.
The musical lineup includes Judit Neddermann, ABBA The New Experience, Los 80 Principales, and Ruc’n’Roll. Humor will be provided by Peyu and La niña bonita. For children, there will be Xiula, Els Beta del SX3, El Pony Menut, and Tip TAP Top, along with circus shows and family games.
Popular culture will be present with giants, 'balls de bastons' (stick dances), sardanas, 'castells' (human towers), a children's 'correfoc' (fire run), and the 16th Legend of Iskariot. The Societat Coral Il·lustració Artística will celebrate its 125th anniversary with commemorative activities. Local entities will organize the Popular Sandwich Contest, dance and country activities, tastings, exhibitions, and markets.
The Festa Jove (Youth Festival) will take place in the parc de Can Feliu with the 5th 'andròmines' (homemade carts) race, an orienteering race, 'vespreig jove' (youth evening), Pool Party, Escape Room, and the Barraques (music tents), featuring performances by FADES, Esbarzers, Charly B, Punkxada, Femme Versions, and DJ Nacho.
