The Sant Quirze del Vallès City Council has established a new emotional support space for adolescents and young people, offering free and confidential coaching sessions.

The space, named Punt de Salut Jove Parlem-ne!, aims to be a safe place where young people can express their personal concerns and ask themselves questions about various aspects of their lives.
The mental health of young people is a collective priority, and the municipal services aim to provide emotional support resources. The personal coaching is aimed at issues such as studies, friendships, family, sexual-affective relationships, substance use, self-esteem, stress, or matters related to the LGTBIQ+ community.
The service is free and confidential. Young people who need help, or who know friends who could benefit from emotional support, are invited to contact the Canya Jove center.
The sessions will take place on July 17, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, at the Canya Jove facilities. Prior registration is required.
