Around 200 children from Sant Cugat del Vallès and other towns in the Vallès Occidental region competed this February 22nd at the ZEM Rambla del Celler pool.

The 26th edition of the School Swimming Championship, organized by OMET, has become a traditional fixture in the local sports calendar. The event featured students from public, charter, and private schools, alongside athletes from various local sports clubs.
Jordi Tomàs, director of OMET, praised the turnout and the logistical improvements made this year. The schedule was adjusted to allow more time between races, focusing primarily on the younger categories where the majority of participants are concentrated.

"We must live with sports."
