The Minister of Agriculture, Òscar Ordeig, announced this Thursday 33 new positive cases of African Swine Fever (ASF), bringing the total number of infections to 195.

All new cases are located within the high-risk zone, which includes 16 municipalities such as Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès, and Barcelona. Access to natural areas remains prohibited in these locations to prevent further spread.

"Wild boars must be eliminated and white zones must be created."
