Organized by the Spanish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics, the congress will take place at LaFACT and is established as a leading event at the national level. The main objective is to provide a space for knowledge exchange, debate, and the presentation of the latest opinions from prominent experts in the field of pelvic floor dysfunctions, a pathology with high prevalence.
This edition will be chaired by Jordi Cassadó, clinical head of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Service at Hospital Universitari MútuaTerrassa. Among the most notable participants is John DeLancey, an internationally renowned researcher in this area, who will participate live from Michigan.
The event is designed as a space to learn, debate, and gain first-hand insights from leading experts in the sector.
The congress program has been designed to combine theoretical sessions with practical workshops, adopting an approach based on the analysis of clinical cases. This methodology seeks to integrate the most recent scientific evidence and facilitate the continuous updating of knowledge for attending professionals.
During the sessions, innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions will be addressed, including pharmacological, surgical, and conservative therapies. Thus, the congress reaffirms itself as an essential meeting point for the specialty.
