The Rubí City Council is promoting the 'De Tapes per Rubí' gastronomic route, the city's largest to date, with 43 participating establishments offering tapas with drinks for 4.50 euros every Thursday in November.

The initiative, which has become a culinary fixture in the city, boasts its largest participation yet, bringing together 43 venues offering a variety of traditional and innovative recipes, international cuisines, and sweet and savory options.
The mayor of Rubí, Ana María Martínez Martínez, highlights that "behind each tapa there is skill, creativity, and hard work. There is the patience of a good sofrito, respect for the product, recipes that come from afar, and others that are part of our traditional cuisine."
This route aims to boost the restaurant sector, encourage local consumption, and showcase the quality and diversity of Rubí's gastronomic offerings. Detailed information on establishments, hours, and addresses is available at www.rubi.cat/detapes.
Participants can vote for their favorite tapas via the Rubí Ciutat app or by scanning QR codes at the venues, selecting up to three dishes each Thursday of the month, between 11 AM and midnight.
