The Sectorial Table for Mobility and Security in Urbanizations of Rubí held a meeting to review the actions carried out over the past year and those planned for upcoming shock plans.

At the meeting, held at the Masia de Can Serra, data on urban bus usage was presented. Lines 3 and 7, serving the urbanizations, registered 475,324 trips during 2025. Line 3 increased passengers by 15,000 compared to the previous year, while Line 7 reached 152,513 trips, over 6,000 more.
Information was also provided on the future Line 8, a proposal that will combine fixed routes with flexible itineraries based on user needs, expected to launch in early 2007. Additionally, actions managed through the Municipal Management System Assisted by Computer (GMAO) were discussed, along with the execution of the 2025 Shock Plan and planned actions for 2026-2027.
Regarding security, the Local Police presented a report on their activity in the urbanizations during the first nine months of the year, comparing road safety, citizen security, and planned police activity data with the same period last year. Representatives from the Mossos d’Esquadra of the Rubí Basic Police Area also addressed queries from attendees.
Finally, Civil Protection detailed forest fire prevention actions in Rubí's urbanizations, including twelve maintenance interventions on paths and auxiliary traffic strips. The importance of keeping plots, roads, and ditches clean was emphasized, alongside preventive patrols and awareness campaigns conducted by Civil Protection volunteers.
