The Sabadell City Council has invested 8.8 million euros since late 2023 in renovating over 70,000 m² of sidewalks, ramps, and school environments to enhance accessibility in various city neighborhoods.

One of the most notable interventions has been the renovation of stairs and the incorporation of ramps in the Cifuentes neighborhood, connecting Beethoven and Palestrina streets with the Terrassa road. This work involved an investment exceeding 220,000 euros.
In the Can Rull neighborhood, new stairs and a new ramp have been built in Ròmul Square, with an investment of 241,000 euros. Furthermore, in Poblenou, mobility has been facilitated with a new ramp in Xavier Sanahuja Square, costing 110,000 euros.

"I would like all playgrounds to be adapted, and not just one, where the separation becomes evident."
