The 38th Sant Cugat Half Marathon, scheduled for February 1, features an approved urban route that crosses the historic core of the Vallès city. This edition aims to establish itself as essential preparatory training for participants of the Barcelona Marathon, thanks to its new calendar date.
Runners can choose between three distances. The main event is the 21 km half marathon, which consists of two laps of the urban circuit. 10 km and 5 km races are also offered, both involving a single lap of the circuit or a portion thereof.
The 21 km race includes three refreshment points along the route (at kilometers 5, 10, and 15), in addition to the finish line refreshment point for all modalities.
The start of the 5 km race is scheduled for 9:00 h from Avinguda Pla de Vinyet, 10. Half an hour later, at 9:30 h, the 21 km and 10 km events will start simultaneously. The finish line for all distances will be at Plaça de la Vila, in front of the Sant Cugat City Council.
