Ceremonies can be held throughout the year, except during August. The available municipal venues include Casa Vila Puig, with a capacity for 25 people; Celler de Can Barra, which can accommodate up to 100 people; and the Mayor's Office, for a maximum of 8 people.
Weddings at Casa Vila Puig and Celler de Can Barra take place on Saturdays, while Fridays are reserved for marriages in the Mayor's Office, which are conducted without a ceremony.
To formalize the celebration, couples must first initiate the marriage expediente at the Civil Registry of their registered municipality. If they reside in different municipalities, the process can be completed in either. In Sant Quirze del Vallès, the Civil Registry is located at the Oficina Municipal de Justícia, at Carrer de Clementina Arderiu, 5.
Once the authorization from the Civil Registry is obtained, the couple must present it to the Town Hall Registry, along with the identification documents (DNI) of both partners and the witnesses.
