The BoFestival celebrates its sixth edition on October 23rd and 24th with five free shows of circus, clown, music, and dance, taking place at Can Feliu park in Sant Quirze del Vallès and the gardens of the Torre Vila Puig at UAB.

The sixth edition of the festival will be held on October 23rd and 24th with five free shows of circus, clown, music, and dance. The first performance will be on Friday, October 23rd, at 5:30 PM, at Can Feliu park, featuring the circus and acrobatics show Akri by Manel Rosés.
Acrobat and performer Manel Rosés will present Akri, a show combining theatre, object manipulation, acrobatic movement, and clowning, centered on the concept of limits using a ladder as the main element. The title comes from a Greek word meaning threshold or limit.
The program continues on Saturday, October 24th, starting at 11:00 AM, in the gardens of Torre Vila Puig at UAB, in Bellaterra, with four artistic proposals. The day begins with a clown, physical theatre, and gestural humor show by Inda Pereda.
Following this, singer Sandra Monfort, formerly of the trio Marala, will present a musical performance blending tradition and folklore with electronic sounds. Dance will be featured with Alberto Velasco and his piece Mover Montañas, and the company Pakipaya will close the festival with a large-scale circus show.
Organized by production company ElClimamola, the festival is supported by UAB, the Sant Quirze del Vallès City Council, and the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya. This year, restrictions due to swine fever have led to concentrating the program in fixed locations.
BoFestival was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing contemporary performing arts to the public and fostering connection between culture, nature, and community. As a complementary activity, on November 25th, at 1:00 PM, dancer Núria Guiu will offer a workshop for the UAB community.
