Until next November 15, young people born between 2009 and 2012 in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda can submit their proposals for the fourth edition of Fènix, the participatory budgeting project.

The initiative, which has a budget of 5,000 euros for 2027, allows adolescents to propose and choose activities and actions that benefit the largest possible number of young people. Each proposal must have a maximum cost of 1,500 euros, be technically and economically viable, and respect ethical, legal, and public interest criteria.
Proposals can be submitted in various ways: using forms available at the Punt Jove, the Centre Cívic La Rambla, and the Municipal Library; through the online form; via WhatsApp at 635 777 002; or by email to joventut@staperpetua.cat.
The process will culminate on November 27, at 6 PM, at La Promotora, with the Fènix Assembly. During this meeting, young people can present and defend their ideas, debate, and vote on the activities to be carried out during 2027. Participation is open to all young people in the municipality, whether they have submitted a proposal or not.
The City Council has sent personalized letters to young people aged 14 to 17, and educators are presenting the project in secondary schools, during break times, and in public spaces.
