The event spans a month, giving citizens more time to discover the offerings from nearly twenty local establishments. This edition combines various formats and gastronomic experiences.
The Gastroruta de La Moguda will allow attendees to taste a selection of food and drink for 4.75 euros. This is complemented by autumn menus, gastrolots (food selections to enjoy at home), and special experiences like tastings and pairings.

A gastronomic passport encourages the exploration of different venues. Completed passports with three stamps will enter a raffle for prizes including a meal for two, an espresso machine, and a gastrolot. A new feature this year is a public vote for the best gastronomic proposal.
The event kicks off at parc Central on Saturday, October 10, featuring gastronomy, local commerce, music, and family activities. Various restaurants and local shops will have stalls and activities.
On the same day, the Concurs de La Millor Croqueta del Vallès (Best Croquette of Vallès Contest) will take place for hospitality professionals, with traditional and creative categories. A jury will evaluate the entries to showcase the gastronomic talent of the Vallès region.
