The Can Llong pool in Sabadell hosts the top-tier competition, starting on Friday at 5:30 PM. CN Terrassa is labeled as the favorite, aiming to improve upon their two recent runner-up finishes. The squad is spearheaded by Hugo González, the reigning European short-course 200 IM champion from Lublin, alongside Álex Ahtiainen and César Castro.
“"An ambitious atmosphere is palpable. We are aware that no task is easy, but we will compete to the fullest. Our challenge is to fight for the title."
Meanwhile, the CN Terrassa women's team travels to Pontevedra to compete in the Spanish First Division Cup, with the clear goal of achieving promotion to the top category. The main asset is Spanish international Estella Llum Tonrath, supported by swimmers like Alba Herrero and Paula Juste.
The men's team has shown remarkable progress, achieving podium finishes in the last three editions. After placing third in 2022 and runner-up in 2023 and last year in Sabadell, the club's sole title dates back to 2016, when they triumphed over Sant Andreu and Real Canoe in Madrid.
