The Christmas 2025/2026 celebrations in the Vallès city also highlight the 75th anniversary of Page Xiu-Xiu.

The Centre Cultural El Social and the Terrassa City Council presented the novelties of the Three Kings Parade on Thursday, December 18, at Vapor de Prodis, highlighting the renovation of Balthazar's float.

The main novelty of the Christmas 2025 parade is the complete renovation of the float belonging to King Balthazar, which will feature a more modern and striking aesthetic. It will be accompanied by a new procession of pages who, unlike previous years, will exclusively distribute coal —and not sweets— to children who have misbehaved.

This new 'coal group' joins the character of the Coalman, incorporated in 2024, thus reinforcing the pedagogical and symbolic aspect of the parade.

Page Xiu-Xiu will be one of the main protagonists, as he celebrates the 75th anniversary of his first visit to Terrassa. Next December 26, during his journey to collect letters, he will be accompanied by the Gegants de Terrassa and the Àliga de Terrassa, who will dedicate commemorative dances to him from Font Vella street to Raval de Montserrat.
To mark the anniversary, the Centre Cultural El Social has reissued the story the page wrote for his 50th anniversary, which narrates his arrival in the city in 1951. Furthermore, his figure is being incorporated into the Three Kings' cakes (Tortells de Reis), thanks to collaboration with the Gremi de Flequers i Pastissers de Terrassa (Bakers and Pastry Chefs Guild), joining the traditional figures of the king and the bean.
