After a fourteen-year wait, the Vallès derby is repeated just months after the last clash, which ended in a 2-0 victory for Terrassa. Although CE Sabadell competes in Primera Federación and Terrassa FC in Segunda Federación, both teams approach the match this Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the Estadi Olímpic in their best moment of the season.

Cortés was captain of CE Sabadell and was key in their promotion to Primera Federación, but he signed for Terrassa FC this winter transfer window, making this derby a special game for him.
