The Consell Comarcal del Vallès Occidental has relaunched the Connectem service in Ullastrell, an initiative providing emotional and health support to young people aged 12 to 30.

This service, which is confidential and free, is aimed at young people from municipalities in Vallès Occidental with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. The goal is to provide a close space where young people can resolve health-related doubts and receive support on emotional well-being issues, addressing topics often not known who to ask about.
Connectem covers a wide range of issues. In terms of emotional well-being, it includes emotional management, personal relationships, self-esteem, self-knowledge, communication, grief processes, worries, anxiety, and even thoughts of death. It also addresses health topics and issues relevant to young people's daily lives, such as sexualities, drug use, digital environments, body image pressure, and harassment.
The initiative aims to ensure that no young person is left with unanswered questions or unexpressed concerns, offering a trustworthy and cost-free place to be heard.
Interested individuals can contact the service via phone at 627 88 68 73, email at ccvoc.joventut@ccvoc.cat, or through the Instagram profile Xarxajovevallès.
This initiative is promoted by the Consell Comarcal del Vallès Occidental, with support from the Diputació de Barcelona and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
