The Consell Comarcal del Garraf, along with the municipalities of Canyelles, Cubelles, and Olivella, has launched the "Community Well-being Space," an initiative offering 12 sessions to enhance citizen well-being.

This new project, open to all citizens of Canyelles, Cubelles, and Olivella, combines emotional management tools, art therapy and floral art workshops, and intergenerational mutual support. It stems from previous experience with migratory grief groups and aims for an open model to strengthen community well-being.
The goal is to normalize human experiences such as loss and emotional management, break isolation, and foster a solid community fabric. Sessions are held on Tuesdays from 10 to 11:30 AM at the Library of Cubelles until December 12.
The methodology is participatory, using dynamics like body mapping or meditation. The gradual inclusion of seniors is planned to promote intergenerational exchange.
Interested individuals can participate by sending a message to WhatsApp 627 03 27 69. This space aims to be a tool for social transformation and a reference point.
The project is part of the actions of the First Welcome Service for newcomers, a permanent resource offering individualized attention, legal and social advice, and guidance for integration and administrative regularization.
