The plenary session of the EMD of Valldoreix, held yesterday afternoon in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall, concluded with the approval of all presented items.
The motion by the PP to compensate users of the Sports Complex for the pool's closure during September was approved. This proposal was supported by VOX and Junts per Valldoreix, while Valldoreix Plural, ERC, CUP, and PSC voted against it.
Subsequently, VOX's proposal to establish a response protocol for Avenida del Baixador in case of intense rain episodes was approved. The PP and Junts per Valldoreix voted in favor, while the governing groups (Valldoreix Plural, ERC, CUP, and PSC) abstained.
A motion by Junts per Valldoreix to guarantee access to documentation and participation of municipal groups in the evaluation of the EMD's Staffing Structure (RLT) was also greenlit, with support from PP and VOX and opposition from the governing groups.
Another proposal from Junts per Valldoreix, approved with the same support (PP and VOX) and opposition (Valldoreix Plural, ERC, CUP, PSC), was to inform the Council of all budgetary modifications affecting Chapter 1 (Personnel Expenses).
Finally, the Council was informed of the Presidency and Contracting Decrees issued between September 1 and September 30, 2026.
