The institutional inaugural event, which took place behind closed doors, saw the participation of authorities, club representatives, sponsors, and guests. A highlight was the exhibition by the national synchronized swimming team, coached by Andrea Fuentes, who presented their new choreography for upcoming international competitions.
In addition, several city entities joined the celebration, such as the Xics de Granollers, who performed an aquatic human tower. Athletes from the four sections of the Club Natació Granollers also participated: swimming, water polo, synchronized swimming, and artistic gymnastics.
On Sunday morning, the new facilities hosted a recreational and family-friendly day, open to everyone, where both members and non-members could enjoy swimming in the two indoor pools. Over the next three weeks, various free activities will be held to celebrate the inauguration.
