The agenda includes the approval of the minutes from the previous session, as well as noting decrees issued between July 1st and August 31st, 2026, including the urgent hiring of support staff for the Summer Camp. Information on budget execution, average payment period, and payment delays for the second quarter of 2026 will also be presented, along with the follow-up report on the Local Security Plan.
Among the items to be discussed are the ratification of the modification of the Statutes of the Consortium for Linguistic Normalization and the approval of the modification of Ordinance No. 42, which regulates the public price for services at the Municipal School of Music, Dance, and Theatre.
The plenary will also address several budget modifications (39/2026, 40/2026, 43/2026, and 44/2026) and the approval of the Economic and Financial Plan 2026-2027. Furthermore, the definitive approval of the General Account for the 2025 fiscal year and the refund of the guarantee for the street cleaning service contract will take place.
Finally, two motions will be debated: one in support of Correllengua 2026 and another defending the Spanish sovereignty of Ceuta and Melilla. The session will conclude with a control session of the governing bodies.
