The exhibition, which can be visited until October 30, 2026, rescues the history of our mothers and grandmothers through their textile work. Each piece on display is described as unique, establishing a dialogue between the domestic world and contemporary design, and between the oblivion and permanence of memory.
The artistic practice behind the project focuses on the regeneration of inherited textile materials. It integrates traditional embroidery and sewing techniques with a contemporary design approach, valuing generational transmission and both cultural and material sustainability.
The exhibition opens its doors on September 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM and will be available until October 30. Visits can be made at the Centre Cultural La Marineta.
