This new initiative aims to be an intergenerational meeting point for sharing perspectives and experiences around literature written by women. The main objective is to enrich reading through dialogue, discover new authors and viewpoints, and create an environment for listening and being heard.
The sessions will take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month and will be led by cultural facilitator Yoko Elias. The Marc de Vilalba Library has copies of the proposed readings available for loan.
The upcoming scheduled readings include: 'The Gratitudes' by Delphine de Vigan on September 22nd; 'Jezabel' by Irène Némirovsky on October 27th; 'The Consent' by Vanessa Springora on November 24th; and 'Brave Women' by Txell Feixas Torras on December 22nd. All sessions will begin at 6:30 PM.
