The City Council of La Llagosta has organized a pioneering training program at Can Pelegrí using virtual reality to simulate job interviews, providing participants with tools to improve their skills.

Around fifteen people have participated in an innovative training session to practice job interviews using virtual reality. The activity, organized by the Department of Economic Promotion of the City Council of La Llagosta, took place over three days at the Can Pelegrí facilities.
The session involved an immersive simulation where participants, users of the Local Employment Service, responded to questions from a virtual interviewer. The virtual reality technology subsequently provided improvement tips and an assessment of non-verbal language.
