The sale of a public plot in Sector N has enabled the Les Franqueses del Vallès City Council to generate an income of €1,160,000. This economic injection will be used to finance various planned investments in the municipality, accelerating their implementation.
The most significant investments include €300,000 for the asphalting of several streets and €260,000 for the repair plan of municipal buildings. Furthermore, €200,000 will be allocated to the installation of solar panels in municipal facilities, and another €200,000 for the creation of a parking area at the former military barracks.
A portion of the funds, €100,000, will be invested in the ongoing renovation of children's playgrounds, adding to the works already carried out in Plaça Gaudí, Parc de Mil Pins, Plaça de Can Calet, and Plaça Major. The Plaça Joan Sanpera i Torras will also undergo renovation soon.
Additionally, €50,000 will be allocated to road markings and another €50,000 for the installation of an agility circuit in the municipality, thus completing the planned investment program with the funds obtained.
