The process of developing the Urban Agenda for Les Franqueses, the document that will define the municipality's model until 2035, has entered its final stretch. Two working sessions with citizens concluded the participation phase this October. Currently, work is underway to define the action plan and strategic projects that will translate the set objectives into concrete actions.
The process, initiated in 2025, has involved citizen participation through a survey with over 600 participants and various open sessions. These have defined the priorities and strategic objectives for Les Franqueses, including the ordering and preservation of the territory, the creation of new centrality spaces, the renaturalization of the municipality, the promotion of responsible resource use, the drive for more sustainable mobility, the building of an inclusive community, the generation of economic opportunities, facilitating access to housing, digital innovation of the administration, and more open and participatory governance.
