The Firefighters have successfully stabilized a fire at a company with chemical risk in Mollet del Vallès, which led to the closure of the AP-7 and resulted in nine minor injuries.

The incident occurred at the pharmaceutical company Euromed, where the fire impacted a reactor containing ethyl and ethanol. Fortunately, the nine reported injured individuals were treated and discharged on-site.
Due to the fire's proximity, Protecció Civil activated the PLASEQCAT plan. The Mossos d'Esquadra initially closed the AP-7 in both directions at kilometer 138 and restricted access to the Can Magarola industrial estate, advising citizens to avoid the affected area.
Once the fire was brought under control, around 7 AM, the AP-7 was reopened to traffic, and access to the industrial estate was restored, with only the direct entry points to the affected company remaining closed.
