The Montmeló City Council has approved a new distribution of electoral colleges and polling stations for the upcoming November 29 elections, following recommendations from the Electoral Census Office to optimize the day's proceedings.

The decision aims to prevent overcrowding by ensuring that the number of voters per polling station does not exceed 1000. This new distribution primarily affects the electoral college at the Montmeló City Hall and the gymnasium at the Institut.
Due to the development of the northern sector, a new electoral college has been established at the G2M. Residents living on streets between Carrer de Vic and the last section of Doctor Robert will vote at this new location. Many voters who previously used the City Hall polling station will now need to go to the G2M.
Residents living on streets between Doctor Robert, Vic, and Timbaler del Bruc will continue to vote at the City Hall. Additionally, section 1, Quintana i Sant Crist, has been divided into two separate sections to balance the number of voters per table, maintaining the original three tables.
In the coming days, residents will receive their census card with the definitive information about their polling station. For further information or inquiries, please contact eleccions@montmelo.cat.
