The Sant Celoni City Council has launched a campaign to promote responsible consumption and reduce single-use packaging, with the collaboration of 100 local businesses.

Between November 10th and December 4th, one hundred establishments in the municipality will offer reusable containers free of charge to their customers. These include lunchboxes for restaurants and food shops, mesh bags for fruit and vegetables, bread bags, and cotton bags for direct sales shops.
Customers who use these containers will receive a ticket to participate in a raffle for 10 prize bundles of products, donated by the participating establishments. The raffle will take place on Thursday, December 17th, at the Waste Office.
This initiative represents a significant step towards reducing single-use packaging in Sant Celoni, fostering shared responsibility between the administration and local businesses, and consolidating a strategy that aligns with future measures of the Local Waste Prevention Plan.
Interested parties can consult the complete list of participating businesses on the municipal website.
