The autumn 2026-2027 vaccination campaign against flu and COVID-19 has commenced in Vallgorguina, prioritizing the most vulnerable and at-risk groups.

The autumn 2026-2027 vaccination campaign against flu and COVID-19 began last Monday, October 5th. In the first phase, vaccination is directed at people living in residences, those aged 80 and over, pregnant women, infants between 6 months and 4 years old, healthcare and social healthcare personnel, individuals receiving home care, and children aged 5 to 14 with risk factors.
From October 26th, vaccination will be extended to individuals aged 60 and over, people with at-risk health conditions, and essential service professionals, among others.
To book an appointment, it can be done preferably through La Meva Salut, by accessing 'Cites i consultes d’atenció primària' and selecting the vaccination option. It is also possible to request it via the CitaSalut website or directly at the usual primary care center.
Vaccination is particularly recommended in autumn, before the spread of respiratory viruses, although it can be administered until March.
The Vallgorguina Town Council urges the public to get vaccinated, especially the most vulnerable individuals and those in contact with at-risk groups.
