A trailer suffered a tire blowout this Thursday afternoon on the A27 highway, at kilometer point 17.5 heading south. This incident led to an accident involving two cars.
Emergency services received the alert at 4:14 PM from a witness who saw the collision. A SEM (Medical Emergency Service) unit was dispatched to the scene.
Medical emergency services transported one of the affected individuals to Pius de Valls Hospital for medical attention. Firefighters from GRAE Valls also attended the scene.
Firefighters carried out road cleaning operations to restore traffic, which was temporarily affected by the accident.
