Alcover celebrated the Corpus Christi festival on Sunday with a mass at the parish church followed by a procession through the historic town center.

The town of Alcover hosted the Corpus Christi festival on Sunday, one of the most significant celebrations in the Alt Camp region after Valls. The day began with a mass at 6:00 PM in the parish church, officiated by Father Sedó.
Subsequently, a procession commenced through the streets of the historic center. The procession included the 'ball de cercolets' (a traditional dance group), the Colla Gegantera d’Alcover with their giants and small giants, children who received their First Communion this year, members of the Town Council, Father carrying the monstrance, and the Banda de Cornetes i Tambors Verge del Remei (Brass and Drum Band).
During the route, the procession stopped at various altars. Some sections of the old town's streets were decorated with flowers and painted sawdust for the occasion.
