The day began with the opening of an exhibition dedicated to Remei honey, which was inaugurated the previous day and remained open throughout the day. As part of this exhibition, a tasting of honey-based beverages was offered, capturing the interest of attendees.
The central point of the celebration was the communal lunch, which brought together a total of 180 participants. The menu consisted of various starters, with a choice of seafood paella or fideuá as the main course, and sponge cake with chocolate for dessert. During the meal, tributes were paid to members over sixty-five years old, those with more than ten years of membership, and the youngest members of the entity, under ten years old.
Activities continued in the afternoon with the General Assembly of Members, which began at five in the afternoon. The agenda included the reading and approval of the previous minutes, the entities' report for 2025, the financial balance and approval of accounts, the budget for 2026, the current status of members, and the program for the 125th anniversary, concluding with requests and questions.
Subsequently, at half past six in the afternoon, the Reviu l'Excelsior event took place. The festival culminated with a DJ music session on the terrace, which started at half past eight in the evening and lasted until late into the night, bringing a festive and participatory day to a close.
