The incident occurred early in the morning when the Mossos d’Esquadra (Catalan Police) were alerted to a small fire on Aigua street, in a development near Ranxos de Bonany, within the municipality of Querol.
Two fire crews quickly responded to the scene and managed to extinguish the small affected area without the exact burnt surface being recorded.
Despite the initial scare, the fire had no serious consequences and was quickly put out.
