The Rodonyà City Council has definitively approved its municipal digital administration ordinance, a key step to modernize local public management and services.

This regulation primarily aims to establish the conditions for using electronic means, as well as the digital services and applications that the local entity makes available to citizens. Its purpose is to facilitate a more effective achievement of the principles of simplification, transparency, proximity, and effective service to residents.
The approval process began a month ago when the corporation's plenary session gave initial approval to the ordinance. Subsequently, a public exhibition period was opened, with the agreement published in the BOPT on February 20, in a media outlet, and on the municipal transparency portal.
After the 30 working days stipulated by law for public exhibition passed, and without any claims or suggestions being received, the ordinance has been definitively approved. With this legal framework, the Rodonyà City Council aims to improve administrative efficiency, increase transparency, and promote citizen participation through electronic means.
