The July plenary session gave the green light to the urban renewal proposal affecting number 6 of Josep Busquets street. This intervention aims to resolve an ordering error that, despite being consolidated urban land, had left the plot without development possibilities.
With this modification, the council recognizes the plot as buildable. The decision was made to adapt the land's classification to the characteristics of the surrounding area, located within the Fontscaldes nucleus.
