The paving works were carried out between Monday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 13 on the lateral road of El Pati. This action is temporary and is being implemented to protect the existing pavement.

The main objective is to prevent the deterioration of the surface due to the continuous passage of trucks and heavy vehicles. These vehicles are directly linked to the construction works of the new headquarters of the Escola Municipal de Música Robert Gerhard, which will be located in the Ca Padró building.

In addition to the paving, the installation of a crane necessary for the development of the Ca Padró works on Carrer de la Cort is scheduled for Thursday.

The works involve various traffic disruptions. Specifically, traffic is modified on Carrer de la Cort and the lateral road of El Pati, from Carrer Jaume Huguet to Muralla del Castell. On January 13, between 9 am and 6 pm, circulation was cut off on the lateral road of El Pati, affecting the area between Muralla del Castell, Jaume Mercadé and González Alba, up to Plaça dels Alls and Forn Nou. Parking areas in the zone remain open, although there may be punctual cuts.
