Brothers Joan and Josep Company Agustí recently finalized the agreement with Housfy, the leading Catalan platform for real estate services represented by Albert Bosch. This operation will allow Housfy to expand its territorial coverage, adding the five Finques Company offices to the 18 already held by the group, which operates in Catalonia and Madrid.
The Finques Company offices in Figueres, Llançà, Roses, Empuriabrava, and Girona capital will maintain their corporate brand and their staff of over sixty professionals. They will now operate under the name Finques Company-Grup Housfy. Furthermore, the agreement confirms the step forward of the third generation of the founding family, with Tània Company taking the role of General Director of the Empordà company.

The company, founded in 1963 by the couple Josep Company Molar and Antònia Agustí Buch, closed 2025 managing a portfolio of over 650 homeowner associations and 1,800 rental properties. Joan and Josep Company will remain involved in the project to contribute their experience to the platform's growth process.
The Housfy Group defines itself as the first ecosystem of real estate and home services in Europe, encompassing sales, property management, mortgage intermediation, and insurance. This integration addresses Finques Company's need to gain volume and expand its service offering to ensure medium-term profitability.
