The municipal services company of Figueres, Fisersa, has opened a call to fill a temporary public lighting operator position, offering an annual gross salary of 27,100 euros.

Fisersa, the multi-municipal services company of Figueres, has started the selection process for a 1st public lighting operator (REF. 2025/34). A temporary substitution contract is offered, with a salary set according to the agreement at 27,100.09 euros gross annually.
The main functions of the job include locating and repairing all types of faults in the network and control panels. The operator must also assume the role of preventive resource, perform programming tasks for time and remote control systems, and be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of light points.
To access the selection process, candidates must prove they hold a CFGM/FP1 qualification or have more than two years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair sector of electrical systems and networks. Additionally, a minimum of six months of experience in similar positions, a B driving license, and A2 level Catalan are required.
The schedule offered is intensive mornings, Monday to Friday. Interested parties have until February 1, 2026, inclusive, to submit their applications through the Fisersa curriculum registration application.
