The multi-municipal services company Fisersa, based in Figueres, has launched a selection process to hire a Head of the Technical Office, offering a permanent contract, with the deadline for applications set for February 22, 2026.

The selected person will be responsible for directing, planning, and supervising the activity of the technical office, coordinating its human and material resources. Key functions include drafting technical documentation, generating valuations and budgets, and conducting feasibility studies and investment proposals for services.
A crucial part of the job focuses on managing cartography and data from GIS (Geographic Information Systems). This involves updating and maintaining databases, developing cartography using QGIS, and hydraulic modeling, among other specialized tasks.

A permanent contract is offered with a six-month trial period and an annual gross salary of 33,681.71 euros, according to the Fisersa GR2 NIV3 Agreement.

To apply for the position (REF. 2026/03), candidates must have a Technical/Superior Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, etc.) or Architecture, along with accredited knowledge in GIS, a B driving license, and C1 level Catalan proficiency. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar sector is required.
