The third edition of the Cap Butaca Buida initiative has experienced significant growth, reaching 222 affiliated theaters across Catalan-speaking territories. This symbolic day, scheduled for March 21, seeks to unite the theater sector and highlight the importance of performing arts.

The event's presence in the Alt Empordà region has also been strengthened. The Teatre Municipal de Roses has been added to the venues repeating their participation, such as the Teatre Sindicat de Lladó and La Cate in Figueres. The play Soroll d’avions is scheduled to be performed at the Roses venue.
